The manual handling training course can be completed in 3 - 4 hours.  It covers a range of topics in order to give the learner confidence to risk assess manual handling tasks and perform said tasks within their workplace.

- Hazard Identification

- Risk Assessment

- Principles of Lifting

- Practical: Lifting, Moving, Carrying, Push and Pull.
