CARDIAC FIRST RESPONSE INSTRUCTOR PROGRAMME
The is an Instructor course from the Pre-hospital Emergency Care Council.
The objective of the course is to enable participants to teach the following courses:
Cardiac First Responder (Pre-hospital Emergency Care Council)
Prerequisites Course Certification Requirements:
Candidates will be required to complete the full Cardiac First Response (CFR) Community Level course as a prerequisite to attend the Cardiac First Response Instructor course.
Post Course Certification Requirements:
Once the two day Cardiac First Response Instructor course is successfully completed new CFR Instructors must successfully demonstrate their teaching skills while instructing the CFR courses. Monitoring must be done within 90 days of completing the Instructor course and monitoring must be completed. This can be done by Safety Ireland . Participants must attend a minimum of three CFR Community courses, one course to watch, and then assist in teaching a course and the final course to be Monitored teaching.
