The Healthcare Provider Course is for medical, para-medical and allied healthcare professionals. The skills taught include adult and paediatric CPR including two rescuer scenarios, use of bag valve mask (BVM) and barrier devices, management of foreign body airway obstruction (FBAO), and use of AED's. The course takes approximately 4 - 4.5hours to complete and course participants are evaluated by skills testing and a written evaluation. Multiple choice questions (MCQ).
All participants receive a Ecert certification via there email from the Irish Heart Foundation which is valid for two years.
